
Objectives
The aim of the assignment will be to deliver a 12-month digital media campaign covering Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The campaign will utilise social media, blogs, news websites, and other sites as deemed relevant to promote the benefits of 30km/h speed limits in urban areas amongst the public.
The assignment should help to:

Increase public awareness on the benefits and impact of low-speed zones in urban areas.

Increase visibility of the EaP RSO and its wider work to improve road safety in the region.

Engage with civil society, international organisations, media, national level decision makers (where permitted) and other authorities in participating countries to encourage more systematic collection and analysis of speed data.
Eligibility criteria
- Proven experience in consulting of at least 3-5 years on successful digital media campaigns
- In depth and up to date knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing for social campaigns
- Experience in creating innovative and engaging content for a range of audiences across different social media platforms
- Experience in data performance and analysis
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and audience analysis
- Track record of working with international organisations, civil society, government, and the media
- To be able to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment,
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- The bidder should be an organisation (for profit or non-profit) which satisfies Nationality Rule and restrictive measures, as listed on the Sanctions Map website of EU.
