This is a competitive bidding procedure for the award of a single contract covering the supply of the items specified in the Technical Requirements (Appendix I) of the tender dossier.

Eligibility criteria

Tenderers shall demonstrate that they fulfil the following eligibility criteria. Where the Tenderer is a consortium, each member shall fulfil criterion (a) individually, and criterion (b) may be met by the consortium collectively:

1. 1. be duly registered as a legal entity in accordance with the laws of its country of registration; are registered as a legal entity which is authorised to supply IT equipment and software;
   2. meet the nationality rules applicable to tenders financed under the EU's Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI), as set out in Regulation (EU) 2021/947 and the applicable Financial Regulation. Services to be provided

The required services are detailed in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Bidders must ensure their proposals align with the deliverables outlined in the ToR.

Failure to submit a complete bid, including all required information and documentation, by the specified deadline may result in disqualification.
