Following on from our successful webinar last month, the EaP RSO has hosted a second webinar for road safety counterparts in Armenia going into further detail on Road Asset Management Systems.

At the request of Armenian country counterparts, the EaP RSO hosts a webinar centred learning from Lithuania’s success in reaching the Decade of Action targets.

In October a delegation of representatives from the EaP RSO visited Yerevan to meet with government stakeholders and discuss the next steps in developing a CADaS-aligned database for Armenia.

This case study from Armenia shows how data was used to identify and inform road safety improvements at Arin Berd roundabout in Yerevan, and how continuous data monitoring is being used to measure the effectiveness of the interventions and guide further work.
